Area Coordinators (AC) are live-on professional staff members with administrative responsibility a residential area. This responsibility includes informal counseling and co-curricular education of residential students, supervision of a staff of resident assistants, and a partnership with facilities services Area Coordinators have academic interests and experience that include residential education, leadership development, a commitment to diversity, civic and social engagement, and an understanding of the needs of students transitioning to college, especially first-year students.
