Position Summary The Physical Therapist II provides advanced evaluation, treatment, and care planning for patients with a wide range of complex cardiopulmonary, developmental, musculoskeletal, neurological, and sensorimotor conditions. This role performs comprehensive diagnostic assessments, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, monitors patient progress, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize functional outcomes.
