Position Summary
The Senior Sales Manager position is responsible for identifying new prospects, fostering new relationships, growing existing book of clients, and closing sales opportunities nationwide. The Senior Sales Manager will develop a sales strategy focused on prospecting new business, building the FirsTech brand with regulated organizations, and aligning FirsTech solutions with customer needs for the sales division of FirsTech, a subsidiary of Busey Bank.
