Responsible for the management and coordination of all personnel activities assigned in the manufacturing area in the Composites plant. The Shift Manager reviews the schedule daily and formulates a plan to complete the schedule within the planned timeframe. This position is primarily responsible for monitoring, directing, motivating, and reporting safety and quality aspects of the manufacturing work areas and the general work area using the Manufacturing Operating System (M.O.S.) guide
