The Behavioral Health Coordinator provides social work assistance to patients and families dealing with mental health and substance use disorders, life stressors and crises, and stress-related physical symptoms. This role assists with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of these conditions. Working under close supervision, this role advocates for patients by helping them access resources and coordinating care after discharge. The schedule for this position is 11am to 5pm every Saturday and Sunday.
