The Patient Access ED Registration Specialist is the first point of contact and creates a welcoming environment to include anticipation and action on the needs of our internal and external customers in the emergency department care setting. The role is responsible for accurately identifying patients and completing demographic, financial, regulatory and medical information. The schedule for this position is Every Other Weekend, Fri-Sat 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The training for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 hours a day for one week.
