This position supports the success of the Licensed Platform Sales Program. Leads the integration of platform associates ( licensed bankers ) in their respective areas to ensure appropriate branch coverage. Partners with sales executives on strategies that increase production and overall revenue. Builds strong, productive partnerships across the regional bank and with corporate partners. Provides coaching and leadership to associates across the area on enhancing holistic discovery conversations, expanded client relationship deepening, and partner referrals.</
