As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will perform assigned accounts payable functions.
Process accounts payable by reviewing invoices received from operations to insure proper approvals are provided, validate accuracy of coding, identify correct operating entity for entry, validate sales tax or calculate use tax, post vendor invoices to AP system, and process check, ACH, and credit card payment runs.
