The Service Advisor (Shop & Field) will be responsible for providing superior customer service by communicating at a high level throughout the entire repair process.
What You Will Do in This Role:
Manage the customer communication from initial call to invoice to deliver industry leading customer experience
Provide customer support for incoming calls and effective follow up during and after machine repairs
Schedule both service repairs and preventive maintenance for the customer
