Pilot Incentives
- Salary Range:$102,072 - $112,280 including 15% geo modifier
- 15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility
- Retention Bonus Plans ($40,000 after 3 years, plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
- 12K Float Stipend
- 5K IFR Stipend
- 50.00/Day Per Diem and paid travel/accommodationswhile on shift
