The Process Engineer Co-op will be directly involved in special projects designed to improve process efficiency and productivity. He or she will be working with the Production Superintendents, Quality Manager, and Process Engineers. The types of projects the co-op can expect to be involved in include:

* Process improvement, cost reduction, and optimization opportunities.
* Chemical trials designed to increase quality and productivity.
* Equipment start-up and optimization.
* Statistical analysis of the finishe
