Production Supervisor is responsible for the safety, quality, training, development, and productivity of the personnel on their shift.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading the day-to-day operations in the converting department

• Ensuring that employees work safely and follow all plant rules and policies.

• Maintain quality, efficiencies, and production levels set by management. Communicate these standards to employees.<
