The Role

This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the Outdoor Grow. The Outdoor Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance team in routine and preventative maintenance of all equipment within the outdoor grow, as well as general cleaning and upkeep of the outdoor grow itself to ensure reliability of the equipment. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, with a strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, pneumatics, and HVAC as well as general facility maintenance and strong customer service skills.
