The Clerk, Returns position provides administrative support for the delivery, receipt, processing, and shipping of returns merchandise. This positions primary focus is guitars and qualified candidates must have knowledge and understanding of the anatomy of a guitar and outer/inner functionality.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Performs various administrative responsibilities related to receiving and shipping returned product, including but not limited to:
