Job Overview

The Automation Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing systems. This position supervises automation technicians and controls personnel while ensuring equipment reliability, safety, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
