Coordinate execution of commercial agreements (NDAs, CDAs, Master Service Agreements, etc.)
Analyze potential risks associated with contract terms and identify mitigation strategies
Monitor ongoing contracts to ensure compliance with terms, track performance metrics, and address any contractual issues or disputes. Work proactively to renew or amend contracts as needed
Act as a primary point of contact for the contracting team with clients and internal stakeholders
