TheFacilities Maintenance Technicianhas responsibility and accountability for performing all preventative, on-demand and improvement maintenance activities. Additionally, the position is responsible for the upkeep, on-going maintenance and improvement of safety and security equipment. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor position or designee.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs to building systems - systems will include but not be limited to single and III-phase electrical, lighting, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, back-up power and life safety
