Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Minnesota Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
Pelvic health certification required: Herman & Wallace or APTA Pelvic Health Certi
