We are seeking a Facilitator/Counselor, Bartlett Substance Recovery Service to serve as a Facilitator/Counselor for the Bartlett Substance Recovery Service within the East Baltimore Bartlett Infectious Diseases Clinic's RESTORE Recovery Support Service. RESTORE is a multidisciplinary team that supports the clinic in delivering addiction treatment to Bartlett patients through evidence-based medications, harm reduction strategies, individual and group counseling, and care approaches that address the social determinants that affect health and well-being.
