The Sr. Associate Director of Development is responsible for securing major gifts to support Johns Hopkins University and its divisions or departments. The Sr. Associate Director of Development will manage the full life cycle of their portfolio of ($1M+), high potential prospects and donors, implementing strategic fundraising plans, and working collaboratively with university leadership, faculty, staff, and colleagues to achieve fundraising goals.
