Job Description

Legacy Bakehouse is looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations at our Waukesha facility. This is a working lead position - you will be on the floor alongside your team every day, directing workflow, operating forklifts, verifying shipments, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently. You'll report to the Plant Manager and serve as the on-floor point of contact when the Warehouse Manager is not on-site. Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
