Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse B- Flexible Integrated Team (FIT) is part of Loma Linda University Medical Center-Murrieta (LLUMC-Murrieta) float pool. The FIT nurse functions out of a home department and reassigns to a LLUMC-Murrieta patient care department where additional staffing is needed to cover sick calls, vacations, federal and state legislative leaves or vacancies. Exhibits flexibility and readily accepts assignments where needed. Utilizes discretion
