Job Summary: The Coordinator-RN PACE Intake is responsible for driving enrollment and referring patients to promote healthy growth of the program and to enhance market awareness of the PACE program (Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) to potential referral sources and to generate referrals of potential participants within the site area.
