PURPOSE: To provide exceptional guest service to all guests at Mall of America and to assist guests in purchasing merchandise and tickets for Nickelodeon Universe.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and conversing with guests and determining their needs.
Assist guests with product questions and general questions about MOA and the local region.
