This position will provide PRN coverage support for Mercy Hospital Watonga, Kingfisher, and Logan County (Guthrie).
- Advocates for the individuals health care needs with emphasis on responsible health practices, self-care management, and patient safety. - Identifies real and perceived barriers to establishing or maintaining the patients plan of care and develops plans with specific goals and interventions to address these barriers.
