Overview:

As a Float RN here at PCH, you will be a part of our Float department that helps cover any open shifts on the inpatient units, including the following. MedSurg, Post-Surgical, Stroke/Neuro, Progressive Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit, or Emergency Department Holds. Your assignment is decided every shift, based on house staffing needs aligning with your skillset. Minimum of Progressive Care Unit skillset required.
