CLASS TITLE: QA Specialist LOCATION: Charlotte, NC FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Director of Tech Support and Warehouse Operations
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CLASS: The role of the QA Technician position is to test and verify new units that are shipped in from headquarters in Finland. Also test and repair equipment that has been returned from Trade Shows, Charity Events, and Customer Returns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Compiles returns data and productivity metrics on a monthly and adhoc basis.
