We're looking for a Senior Counsel, M&A Integration to join Procore's Legal, Regulatory & Compliance (LRC) Department. In this new role, you'll serve as the primary legal architect for LRC's post-acquisition success, orchestrating the end-to-end legal integration of acquired companies into the Procore ecosystem.
