The Journey ECG Tech performs electrocardiograms (ECGs), rhythm strips, and related cardiac monitoring tasks efficiently and accurately. The role includes ensuring equipment functionality, supporting patient care during cardiac emergencies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, managing holter heart monitor processes, and providing patient education while developing proficiency in cardiac rhythms. The Journey level ECG tech will additionally have a TEE probe cleaning certification and be in the process of obtaining a Certified Cardiographic
