Schedule: Full Time 40 hours/week on Day Shift

Area Coverage: Molalla, Woodburn, Silverton, Stayton and as other areas as assigned

Job Description:

The Home Health Aide supportive personal care services and homemaking assistance to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements under the supervision of a registered nurse.
