This is a part time (32 hours/week) position supporting our Tanasbourne site which services Washington county.
This position is responsible for Speech-Language Pathology(SLP) evaluations and implementation of the Speech Therapy plan of care in accordance with PACE policies. The Speech-Language Pathologist works with the Interdisciplinary Team and is responsible to communicate and coordinate with the IDT as well as multiple outside providers, caregivers and family members.
