Description
This is a part time (32 hours/week) position supporting our Tanasbourne site which services Washington county.
This position is responsible for Speech-Language Pathology(SLP) evaluations and implementation of the Speech Therapy plan of care in accordance with PACE policies. The Speech-Language Pathologist works with the Interdisciplinary Team and is responsible to communicate and coordinate with the IDT as well as multiple outside providers, caregivers and family members. The SLP functions independently and may see participants in multiple settings
