The Manager of Nursing Services coordinates the various disciplines and leads the development of all aspects of the clinical program. The Manager of Nursing Services is responsible for the overall management of nursing functions twenty-four (24) hours a day, including assessing staff performance, scheduling, performance improvement and treatment planning. This position has global responsibilities for participating in the management and leadership of Rogers Behavioral Health.
