Summary

The Operations & Emergency Management Captain (OEM Captain) reports to the Chief of Police and is responsible for the implementation of emergency management and preparedness efforts and fire safety across the University. This includes but is not limited to updating University emergency plans, oversight of the training of all University staff on proper emergency response, coordinating with local emergency agencies and critical resource suppliers and ensuring that the University complies with th
