Department Summary

The SJSU School of Music serves over 300 music majors pursing undergraduate degrees in Music (BA, BM_Composition, BM_Jazz Studies, BM_Music Education, BM_Performance), as well as the Master of Music degree. With a faculty roster of approximately 60 artist/teachers, students in the School receive professional individual and group instruction, supporting curricular standards guided by best practices.
