Silgan Closures is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for our Hazleton, PA, manufacturing facility. In this leadership role, you will oversee Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Materials, Human Resources, and Finance. You will guide daily operations, support department leaders, and ensure the plant meets goals in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce performance.

Hazleton produces a wide range of metal closures that support many of our core customers across the dairy, beverage, juice, sauce, and household product industries. T
