SUMMARY:
Inspects and tests plastic components for dimensional accuracy and surface defects to verify conformance to company quality standards. Performs periodic audits to ensure that established in-process inspection procedures are effective and consistently followed. Records test data and written inspection reports by hand and on computer and confers with production personnel and supervision to determine cause of deviations from quantitative standards. Provides support for the international rework area. Individual must be a self-starter, able to work with little or no supervision.</
