The Process Control Manager performs daily verification of manufacturing procedures and processes to ensure compliance, and documents accordingly. This position will be required to optimize our process by identifying areas of improvement and working with Operations Management to close these gaps. The position will be required to write comprehensive procedures for every step in the process, and ensure all Operations personnel are properly trained (Management and Hourly). This role will be responsible for delivering projects to the cost savings goals and the overall effectiveness of the Process
