The Lead is responsible for the single-phase repair area. This is a working lead role also responsible for single-phase transformer repair. They will assist and support the supervisor with employee training, safety adherence, department performance, product quality, process improvement, and meeting production target goals. Compliance with all safety requirements, product quality standards, and company policies are essential functions of this role.
Enforces strict safety guidelines and ensures environmental compliance is being adhered to by employees.
