Purpose of Position The primary purpose of the Valet position is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. The Valet will park and retrieve service clients' cars in a friendly and professional manner.
Job Duties
Greets clients and escorts client to appropriate service member or customer lounge.
Parks cars in designated areas and retrieves cars for clients.
Finds and installs license plates.
Notifies Assistant Service Manager (ASM) if client is waiting.
