UDR, Inc. and its affiliated companies are seeking Service Technician to join our team in South Shore, based out of Commons at Windsor Gardens in Norwood, MA.

Ideal schedule is 8:30am-5:30am or 9am-6pm with occasional days on Sundays

Key Qualifications:

• Technical of vocational certificate and/or degree preferred.

• Minimum of two years of experience in building and mechanical maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair painting and drywall.
