The UNC Medical Center Float Pool is a staffing pool for outpatient and procedural areas. We provide staff for approximately 166 clinics, the majority of which are in Chapel Hill. Individuals must be willing to commute to Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Hillsborough, Burlington, and Greensboro for their shifts.
