Investigates operational problems and makes administrative judgments and decisions, consulting the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator On Call as necessary

Performs regular rounds on all nursing units; observes resident care and work performance of nursing staff and provides feedback to Nurse Managers

Responds to and provides lead
